Ingredients

  • ½ cup Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Roasted & Salted
  • ½ cup flat-leaf parsley
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper
  • ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all chimichurri ingredients in a food processor except for the oil. Pulse a few times until everything is finely chopped.
  2. Remove lid and use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Replace lid and stream in the oil while the processor is running.
  3. Serve with your favorite meat, vegetables, pasta, etc.!
