Ingredients

  • ½ cup Wonderful No Shells Roasted and Salted Pistachios, roughly chopped, divided
  • 8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint, plus extra for garnishing
  • ½ teaspoon Aleppo pepper

Instructions

  1. Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, water, and oil to a blending cup – or the bowl of a small food processor – and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Add ¼ cup pistachios and the mint and process until combined.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining 1 tablespoon oil, ¼ cup pistachios, mint, and Aleppo pepper.
