Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Lightly Salted
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1 Wonderful Seedless Lemon)

Instructions

  1. Pulse pistachios and garlic in the bottom of a blender or food processor. Add the basil and spinach and pulse to combine.
  2. With the blender or processor running, add the oil in a steady stream and blend until mostly smooth.
  3. Add the cheese and pulse to combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in lemon zest.
