Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Lightly Salted, plus more for topping                                                                                              
  • 1 cup maple water (see instructions)
  • ½ frozen avocado
  • 1 date, pitted
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make maple water by adding 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup to an 8-oz. glass of water.
  2. Blend together the Wonderful Pistachios, maple water, date, and cinnamon.
  3. Add in frozen avocado and blend until avocado is slightly blended to keep it thick.
  4. Pour into a bowl and serve with crushed pistachios on top.
